Full bore fracturing sliding sleeve compared with traditional different size ball fracturing sliding sleeve is a revolutionary product. For a traditional sling sleeve, the size of the ball is limited by the ID of fracture work string, thus leading to limited segmentation of multi-stage fracturing. In addition, it will lead to increased friction and a higher sand ration. If workover operation has to be done at a later stage, ball seat needs to be drilled out to get full drifting size, thus causing increased operating costs and risk.

Full bore frac sliding sleeve adopts the design concept of using a variable-ID ball seat to get a full bore ID, thus the segmentation of multi-stage fracturing is not limited as the ball all kept the same size for fracturing operation.

All the sleeves will be opened by balls of the same size and will have the same ID after fracturing operation
Friction is obviously reduced for fracturing operation, thus lower the requirements for horse power
Segmentation of multi-stage fracturing will not be limited. Balls could be pumped out or be dissolved at later stage in the well
